One call, and you'll know where your data breaks.
Five questions about how your systems work today. Nothing to install, nothing to prepare, and nothing to buy at the end of it.
Here's what you'll walk away with:
Where your numbers disagree. Which systems are giving you different answers to the same question, and which one is causing it.
What I think is binding. The one constraint I'd work first, out of the nine, and why that one rather than the loudest one.
An honest answer on fit. If you'd be better off spending the money somewhere else, I'll tell you. It happens more than you'd expect.
By day 90 you'll trust your numbers, and you'll get them faster. Both halves are in writing, and both are measured.
How it goes
No prep, no deck, no pitch.
I'd rather spend the half hour on your actual systems than on a slideshow about mine.

Pick a time
The calendar is live and updates in real time. Twenty-five minutes, and I'll hold to it.
- 2
Answer five questions
About how your sales, operations and reporting data works today. Most take a sentence. The ones that don't are the interesting ones, and that's usually where your constraint is.
- 3
Leave with the read
What I think your bottleneck is and what I'd do about it first. That's worth having whether or not you ever work with me, and plenty of people take it and go.
Before the call
What to bring
Nothing prepared, and don't clean anything up first. The state it's in right now is the useful part.
Two things do help if you have them. The report or the system that frustrates you most, so we can look at it together. And a sense of what you'd be able to show us if we went further, since what we can see is what we can diagnose.
Who tends to book this
Founder-led manufacturers running three to eight business systems, with nobody in-house who can connect them, define the rules, or read the output.
Usually the owner books it after somebody spends a day exporting and stitching spreadsheets to answer a question that should have taken a minute.
