What this website collects, and what you can do about it.

We run analytics to see which pages get read. We don't sell anything about you, and we don't advertise to you off the back of a visit.

Last updated September 14, 2026

01 · The short version

The whole thing in four lines.

  • We use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages get read. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how pages are used so we can watch where people get stuck. That's the extent of it.
  • We don't sell your information, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't run retargeting ads at you.
  • If you fill in the booking form, we use what you give us to have the conversation you asked for, and nothing else.
  • You can switch the analytics off in about thirty seconds. Section 06 says how.

The rest of this page is the same thing said carefully.

02 · Scope

Who we are, and what this policy is about.

This site is operated by PPC Pitbulls LLC, which does business as Janaitis Business Systems. Where this policy says "we" or "us", that's who it means. Same company, two names: the LLC is the registered entity, and Janaitis Business Systems is the name this side of the work trades under.

This policy covers this website and nothing else.

It does not cover the data inside a client engagement. When we work inside a client's systems, that data is governed by our agreement with that client, and it stays on the platforms they already chose. That's a different subject, and it's set out under Your data on the About page.

03 · What we collect

Two kinds of information.

What you hand us

If you book a call or email us, we get whatever you put in: your name, your email address, your company, a phone number if you give one, and anything you write in the notes. We keep it so we can have the conversation and follow up on it.

What gets collected as you read

Pages you viewed and how long you stayed, the site or search that sent you, your approximate location at city level, your device, browser and screen size, and a random identifier stored in a cookie so a second visit isn't counted as a second person.

We don't ask for and don't want anything sensitive here. No payment details, no government identifiers, no health information. Please don't put any of it in a booking note.

04 · Analytics and cookies

We measure two things, and here is exactly what each one sees.

Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages people actually read and which ones they leave. It sets a small file in your browser, a cookie, holding a random number that has no name attached to it. We can see that a browser came back. We can't see who you are.

Google processes that data on our behalf and under its own terms. In Google Analytics 4, your full IP address is not logged or stored. It's used briefly to work out roughly where in the world you are, then discarded.

We have not turned on Google Signals, ads personalization, or any data sharing that would let this site's traffic feed ad targeting.

Microsoft Clarity records your visit so we can replay it.

It captures scrolling, mouse movement and clicks, and builds heatmaps from them. We use it to find where a page loses people, which is something a visit count cannot tell us.

Clarity masks typed input and text content in the browser before the recording is sent, so a replay shows how the page was used rather than what you wrote. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not connect a recording to a booking.

CookieWhat it doesExpires
_gaTells one browser apart from another so repeat visits aren't counted as new people.2 years
_ga_<id>Holds session state for this site's analytics property.2 years
_clckKeeps a Clarity identifier for this browser so repeat visits join up to one record.1 year
_clskJoins the pages you view in one visit into a single session recording.1 day

These are the only cookies this site itself sets. There is no advertising pixel. The booking page loads a scheduler from HighLevel, which may set cookies of its own on that page. Section 05 covers it.

05 · Who else receives it

Six companies touch data from this site. Here they all are.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it for anyone else's advertising. These are service providers doing a job for us.

WhoWhat they get, and why
Google Tag ManagerLoads the measurement tags this site runs. Requesting the container sends your IP address and browser details to Google. It is the delivery mechanism, not the measurement itself. Google Privacy Policy.
Google Analytics 4Measures how the site is used: pages viewed, how you arrived, rough location from your IP, and device and browser type. Google does not log or store your full IP address in GA4. Google Privacy Policy.
Microsoft ClarityRecords how pages are used: a replayable capture of scrolling, mouse movement and clicks, plus heatmaps. Typed input and text content are masked by Clarity before the recording leaves your browser, so the replay shows behaviour rather than what you wrote. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Google FontsServes the typefaces this site sets in. Loading them sends your IP address and browser details to Google, on every page, whether or not analytics is running. Google Privacy Policy.
VercelHosts and delivers the site. Its servers keep standard request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability. Vercel Privacy Policy.
HighLevel (GoHighLevel)Runs the booking page. If you book a call, the name, email and anything you type in the notes go to HighLevel, not to a form on this site. Its booking widget may set its own cookies on the scheduling page. HighLevel Privacy Policy.

We'll also hand over information if the law genuinely requires it, and if the business is ever sold or merged, records would transfer with it. Those are the only other cases.

06 · Your choices

How to turn it off, and what you can ask us for.

Switch the session recording off

Microsoft runs a general opt-out for Clarity at Microsoft's privacy statement. Blocking cookies or using a content blocker also stops it, and nothing on this site breaks if you do.

Switch the analytics off

Install Google's official opt-out add-on and Google Analytics stops collecting from your browser, on this site and every other one. Blocking cookies in your browser settings, or using a content blocker, does the same job. Nothing on this site breaks if you do, because none of it depends on analytics.

Google explains its side of this under how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Ask us for your information

Email andy@janaitissystems.com and ask what we hold on you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We'll answer within 30 days. We won't charge you and we won't treat you differently for asking. We may need to check you are who you say you are before we send anything.

Browser signals

This site doesn't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing for a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal to stop. If you send one, you're already getting the outcome it asks for.

If you're in the EEA or the UK

This site is aimed at businesses in the United States and it does not currently ask for cookie consent, which European rules would require before analytics loads. If you're visiting from the EEA or the UK, use the opt-out add-on above or block cookies before you browse, and email us if you want anything already collected deleted.

07 · The rest

Retention, children, security, changes.

How long we keep it

Analytics records about individual visits expire after no more than 14 months, which is the longest Google Analytics allows. The summary reports built from them contain no individual detail and are kept indefinitely. If you email us or book a call, we keep that correspondence for as long as the relationship is live and for a reasonable period after.

Children

This site sells business services and isn't meant for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect anything from children. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and hosted on managed infrastructure. We keep the small amount of information this site collects to the people who need it. No website can promise perfect security, and we're not going to pretend otherwise.

Changes to this policy

If we change how any of this works, we'll update this page and move the date at the top. It's worth a look if you care what a site does with your visit. We won't quietly start collecting something new without saying so here.

Questions

Ask, and you'll get a real answer.

If anything here is unclear, or you want to know exactly what we hold on you, email andy@janaitissystems.com. A person reads it.
